It's a great way to try scuba diving and explore the underwater world at the same time. The entire Basic Diver program can be validated for the Scuba Diver or Open Water Diver programs in the following 6 months; That's how easy it will be to take the next step in your career as a diver.

SSI's Scuba Diver program combines online learning with confined and open water dives, so you'll have the basic knowledge you need to dive safely and confidently. You will learn everything you need to know to dive in open water up to 12 meters deep together with an SSI professional. With this program you will complete almost half of the training of the Open Water Diver program and you will be able to update your certification easily. You only have to take the remaining academic part and the sessions in confined water, as well as two training dives in open water.
